I have over 12 years experience as a business leader and organizational consultant with great success in operations and people management. I am experienced in strategic planning, running global HR departments, coaching executive leaders, redesigning org structures, developing training and compensation plans for employees, labor relations/negotiations, P&L, and many more high-level business activities. I earned my Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Walsh College and Master’s of Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Wayne State University. 

I decided to start Wallace Business Consulting so I can take my passion, along with all my experiences and successes and use them to help business owners be successful in their strategic professional and people operations of all levels. This could look like assisting with an employee relations issue, to supporting the overall strategic plan and future goal setting of your company.

I have experience in the medical and customer service industries. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Liberal Arts Minor in English from Oakland University. I have written countless peer reviewed scientific and literature papers and have a considerable amount of knowledge in Social Psychology, Positive Psychology, and Human Resource writing. 

I have edited many professional papers, documents, resumes, cover letters, and media materials for content, readability, and grammar.
